What You'll Do:
- Provide on-site staffing support to Assisted Living communities across MN, WI, and IA
- Deliver staff training to ensure clinical excellence and consistency
- Conduct clinical quality assurance and auditing of care practices
- Monitor and ensure the provision of high-quality clinical care and services
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and clinical best practices
- Support and train nursing care teams to enhance resident care outcomes
- Travel regularly to multiple Vista Prairie Communities locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa
- Play a vital role in improving the well-being of both residents and staff across communities
What You'll Need:
- Registered Nurse with current licensure, and a willingness to become licensed in the states of MN, WI, and IA.
- 5+ years of demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, and staff development.
- Experience with LTC compliance with regulations and federal and state survey licensure surveys
