What You'll Do - Lead Vista Prairie's EduCare learning management system and organization-wide education initiatives.
- Develop standardized orientation, onboarding, competency, and ongoing education programs.
- Create education resources, learning tools, and implementation materials for community leaders.
- Provide hands-on education, coaching, and support throughout our communities.
- Support Flex Team education, competency development, and skill validation.
- Assist communities during transitions and other operational needs through education and training.
- Promote quality and regulatory readiness through education audits, chart reviews, and staff development.
- Serve as a trusted education and compliance resource across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
What You'll Need - Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Nursing.
- Current Minnesota RN license required. Wisconsin and Iowa licensure may be obtained after hire with organizational support and reimbursement.
- Experience as a nursing instructor, educator, staff development professional, or in nursing supervision or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% to Vista Prairie communities.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for developing others and supporting organizational excellence.
