What You'll Do:
- The HR/Office Coordinator provides comprehensive support to the HR Department as well as office management to the Support Office. The HR/Office Coordinator manages several daily tasks while assisting in the planning and implementation of long-term HR goals, strategies, and projects.
- Some of your key accountabilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for the HR team by coordinating the phone tree system, reviewing and responding to email messages and correspondence, determining appropriate action needed or direction to someone on the HR team, or with our HR partner – ProcareHR.
- You will also maintain and edit the employee handbook and policies based on HR and organization needs.
- You will also manage and enter appropriate employee information in HRIS (UKG) – ensuring accuracy and attention with entries.
What You'll Need:
- Associate's degree or experience in related field of study preferred.
- 2 years of administrative support.
- 2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Previous experience working within assisted living.
- Knowledge and prior use of Microsoft Office 365 technology.
- Experience with UKG or similar HRIS systems strongly preferred.
