What You'll Do:
- Engage residents using the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness: Social, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual.
- Assist with transporting residents to and from appointments, activities, meals, and social programs.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of services delivered to residents.
- Identify and document changes in resident conditions.
- Lead, develop, train, and mentor direct care staff
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Support onboarding of new staff members.
- Must be registered and licensed with the State of Wisconsin as an LPN and must maintain current, unencumbered license with the Board of Nursing
- Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience required
- Experience managing/leading a large department with complex scheduling, orienting, mentoring, disciplining, and enhancing employee engagement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Technology proficient
