Vista Prairie Communities is looking for a Program Manager - Flex Team. As a Program Manager - Flex Team, you will provide leadership and guidance to the internal flex team staffing pool to ensure that the organization has the appropriate controls and processes in place to fulfill the mission of VPC. As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Program Manager - Flex Team is responsible for improving the performance of the VPC communities by partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure effective staffing strategies are in place to support the needs of the communities. Some of your Key Accountabilities will include: Providing direction and oversight to the internal flex team, effective staffing and scheduling, recruitment and retention, and training to staff to ensure adequate and qualified personnel to meet resident needs. They collaborate with other managers, track employee performance, and maintain compliance and regulations.
Schedule: This is a Full-time, salaried position. Typical M-F, Days. In-office or hybrid available
What you will need:
- Minimum 2-year degree in business, health care or related field preferred.
- Training in health-related disciplines highly preferred – Resident Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, etc...
- Previous experience working within assisted living.
- Previous staffing and scheduling experience.
