$19.19–$22.25/hour based on experience, plus an $800 sign-on bonus (40+ hours per pay period) and shift differentials. Part-time weekend Resident Assistant at Vista Prairie at Windmill Ponds, an assisted living community in Alexandria, MN.

Windmill Ponds residents need someone who shows up ready to help with the moments that matter: getting dressed, moving safely from bed to chair, and having someone notice when something's off. That's you.

What you'll do

  • Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
  • Support safe transfers and mobility using trained techniques and equipment
  • Assist with or administer medications according to residents' care plans
  • Build real relationships with residents and respond quickly when they need you
  • Watch for changes in a resident's health or mood and report them to nursing staff
  • Bring calm, patience, and respect to every interaction

What you'll need

Required:

  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience or training in a health-related field

Schedule

Every other weekend. Two shift options:

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
