How you will make an impact:
Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Maintenance Tech to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for keeping the facility safe, tidy and in working order. Respond to occupants' requests for service and maintenance. Make sure that electrical systems are in safe and working condition. Stay current on safety measures for fire, carbon monoxide and other alarms. Paint and fix up parts of the building or facility that may be in disrepair. Imagine the smile on the face of our residents and staff when you help them achieve their best.
Schedule: Part-Time position, Days, M-F, 20 hours per week, 40 hours per pay period.
What you will need:
- 1 - 3 years prior Housekeeping, Custodial, and/or Maintenance required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Boiler's License preferred.
- Valid MN Drivers License required.
- Maintenance experience preferred.
