Vista Prairie at Ridgeway is hiring a Resident Assistant to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in New Ulm. You'll help residents with daily care, build real relationships with the people you support, and work alongside a team that's there when you need backup.

What you'll do:

  • Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene
  • Support residents with mobility and transfers safely
  • Assist with medications according to care plans and your training
  • Respond promptly when residents need help
  • Watch for changes in a resident's condition and report them to nursing staff
  • Build relationships with residents and create good moments in their day

What you'll need:

  • Required: Able to read, write, and follow directions
  • Preferred: High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Experience or training in a health-related field

Pay and differentials:

  • Base pay: $19.19–$22.25/hour, based on experience
  • PM shift differential: +$1/hour
  • NOC shift differential: +$2/hour
  • Weekend differential: +$3/hour
  • Sign-on bonus: $500 (AM), $800 (PM), $1,000 (NOC) For Sign-Ons, Must be scheduled 40+ hrs/pp

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available: FT AM, FT PM, PT AM, PT PM, & PT NOC
