Earn $17.70 to $20.51 an hour as a Culinary Aide at Windmill Ponds in Alexandria. Add $1/hour for PM shifts and $3/hour on weekends. Day shift only, no nights. We respond to every applicant within 48 hours.

Windmill Ponds is a Vista Prairie Communities assisted living residence in Alexandria. As a Culinary Aide, you'll help serve meals, keep the dining room running smoothly, and make mealtime a highlight of residents' day.

What You'll Do

Serve meals to residents with care and attention to their preferences
Set up and break down the dining room before and after meals
Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and organized
Learn each resident's dietary needs, allergies, and food preferences
Respond quickly and kindly to meal requests during service
Support the cook and culinary team as needed

What You'll Need

Required:

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Valid driver's license

Preferred:

High school diploma or GED
Previous food service or culinary experience

Pay and Benefits

$17.70–$20.51/hour, based on experience
$1/hour PM shift differential (2:00 pm–10:00 pm)
$3/hour weekend differential (Saturday 6:00 am through Monday 4:59 am)
