Part-Time NOC Resident Assistant
Earn $19.19–$22.25/hour on our overnight shift at Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest in Sheldon.
Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest is an assisted living and memory care community in Sheldon. As a Resident Assistant, you're the person residents see and rely on overnight, helping them rest, stay safe, and feel cared for until morning.
What you'll do
- Help residents with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Check in on residents throughout the night and respond to call lights
- Complete overnight rounds and document care per each resident's service plan
- Create a calm, reassuring presence for residents who wake confused or anxious
- Once trained and certified, administer medications following physician orders and Iowa regulations
What you'll need
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable transportation to and from the community
Preferred
- One year of experience in assisted living, memory care, or another health care setting
Pay and benefits
- $19.19–$22.25/hour based on experience
- $1,000 sign-on bonus for team members working 40+ hours per pay period on NOC shift

Part-time, overnight, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
