Full-Time NOC Certified Nursing Assistant
Earn $20.95–$24.28/hour as an overnight CNA at Vista Prairie at North Pointe in North Mankato, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time NOC hires (40+ hours/pay period). Shift differentials add up to $2/hour for NOC and $3/hour on weekends.
Vista Prairie at North Pointe is an assisted living community. As a CNA on our overnight team, you'll be the steady, familiar presence residents count on through the night.
What you'll do:
- Help residents with bathing, grooming, and other personal care
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers
- Support medication routines as directed and permitted by your certification
- Check in on residents through the night and respond to needs promptly
- Create calm, positive moments during overnight care
- Document care accurately in our electronic health records system
What you'll need:
Required:- High school diploma or GED
- Active Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification (CNA)
- Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions
Preferred:
- 1 year of CNA experience, long-term care setting
- Experience administering medications
- Comfort working in electronic health records
Pay and benefits:

Schedule: Full-time, NOC shift, every other weekend, 72 hours per pay period.
