Vista Prairie Communities is looking for Flex Resident Assistants. As a dedicated Flex Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for traveling to multiple VPC communities and assisting residents with activities of daily living and health-related services to maintain their physical and emotional well-being. Some of your key accountabilities will include providing customer service, following delegated tasks, and providing resident care. Schedule: Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. You will pick up hours on all shifts and days of the week at the communities in the assigned region based on organizational need. Weekends and Holidays are required. This is a traveling caregiver role with mileage reimbursement. Flex RAs are expected to pick up a variety of shifts at multiple locations.

North Mankato, MN
New Ulm, MN
Fairmont, MN
Redwood Falls, MN
What you will need:
- 1 year of training in health-related disciplines and/or experience.
- Willing to complete state Nursing Assistant certification within one year of hire.
- Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license or reliable source of travel.
