How you will make an impact:
Vista Prairie Communities is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for the overall management of building maintenance and physical grounds in accordance with our established procedures. As a Maintenance Manager, you will deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life. You will also assist with the transportation of residents to and from local appointments and/or doctor's appointments if required. You will also work in all areas of maintenance including plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical and general repairs. You will also be responsible for the supervision of the maintenance staff. Schedule Varies: This is a Full-Time position, M-F, days, some after hours and weekends as needed.
What you will need:
- Must maintain a license for the operation and maintenance of boilers.
- Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license, insurable under company policy and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
- Obtain a Medical Card to maintain ability to drive bus on a normal basis.
- 5 years building maintenance experience, preferably with newly developed buildings.
